Refund Policy

1. General Principle

We operate on milestone-based billing for custom services. Payments cover reserved resources, planning, design, development, and delivery efforts.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed milestones approved by client.
  • Domain, hosting, API, plugin, ad spend, and third-party purchases.
  • Delays caused by missing client feedback/content after work has started.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered for undelivered work where no significant progress was made, subject to review of project records and communication.

4. Cancellation by Client

If client cancels after project kickoff, charges for completed work and committed effort up to cancellation date are deducted before any refund.

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7-15 business days using the original payment mode or an agreed alternative.
