• Make payments as per agreed milestones and timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final deliverables transfer to the client unless otherwise specified. Pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks remain with their original owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ultra Mind Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website outages, third-party platform issues, or misuse of delivered assets.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with written notice. Completed work and due payments up to termination date remain payable.

7. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued usage of our site/services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
